A household membership
Healthier homes.Everyday benefits.
Nobody teaches us how to run a healthy home, so we improvise — and our children copy what they see. DIVE Homes is six weeks of practical learning for the whole household.
Launching first in the UAE and Malaysia. Pilot season, places limited.
Wellness isn't a talent. It's something you're taught.
You were never taught this. School covered algebra, not damp, food safety or what a manageable week looks like. Most of us are guessing.
Children learn it anyway. They copy what they watch at home, every day, long before anyone explains a single thing to them.
So we teach the household. The air, the cupboards, the kitchen, the bedtime. Nobody trains for those. Everybody lives them.
The programme
Six weeks. One household.
One evening a week, online or together, with guides the whole home can use. Then three months of follow-up, because week seven is where most plans quietly end.
Week 1A healthier home
Fresh air, less damp, and a room-by-room plan you can act on the same evening.
Week 2Clean home, safer habits
Everyday hygiene, safer storage, and a household safety checklist.
Week 3Confident care at home
Child-health education with a doctor, and clear guidance on when to seek care.
Week 4The healthy fridge reset
Smarter storage, less waste, and a weekly routine that survives a busy week.
Week 5Cook well together
Affordable meals and practical skills — recipes your family will actually make again.
Week 6Healthy habits that last
Breakfasts, lunchboxes and quick dinners, in a 30-day plan for your family.
Three ways to take part
Membership your way.
- Online
- Live sessions, guides and follow-up, from your own kitchen.
- Together
- Hybrid learning with hands-on cooking alongside other households.
- Personal
- Everything above, plus a home review and a dietitian session.
Packages and availability are being confirmed for the first season. Clinical consultations are arranged separately.

What a household gets
A welcome pack, a card, and real everyday value.

Benefits such as grocery and meal credits, giveaways and partner offers depend on membership and confirmed partner funding. Terms apply.

For partners and sponsors
Sponsor something families actually use.
Membership funds the programme. Sponsorship funds the benefits. You back a workshop or an everyday offer, and we report what households did with it.
- Founding partner
- Presence across the whole programme.
- Zone partner
- A workshop of your own, with relevant sampling.
- Benefits partner
- Funded offers and giveaways members can use.
What you get back: workshop participation, habits households put into practice, recipes cooked at home, and feedback that shapes the next season. Aggregate reports only — personal details need separate consent.
Trust comes first.
- Independent advice. Professionals teach; products are always optional.
- Private by default. Health information stays with the household, never with a sponsor.
- Clear consent. Nothing is shared, and nobody is contacted, without a yes.
- Honest about stage. This is a pilot season. Measures are what we intend to track, not results we claim.
